Supreme Student Council “Biler Kenesі” is a body of student government at KazGUU University. The idea of creating belongs to the president of KazGUU University Maksut Sultanovich Narikbayev, it assists in student problems resolution and helps to create favorable conditions for bright, rich and interesting student life.
