“KAZGUU UNIVERSITY” HOLDS A COMPETITION AMONG SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS FOR 5 SCHOLARSHIPS COVERING TUITION IN THE 2017-2018 ACADEMIC YEAR

KAZGUU University holds a video competition ‘I want to study at KAZGUU’. This year’s secondary school graduates have an opportunity to take part in the competition and win one of five scholarships covering tuition at KAZGU for one academic year.

Shood a video essay, upload to any of these file exchange servers

Google Drive    Yandex Disk    Mail.ru cloud   Dropbox

Get a download link for your file from the file exchange server.

Email this link until 10th of august 2017 to video@kazguu.kz. State your full name (as in your ID card) in the SUBJECT line of the email.

Video Criteria:

The video must be related to the subject of the competition: “I want to study at KAZGUU”;

Creativity;

Personal Achievements;

Comments about the University from scholars, statesmen, public figures;

Creative approach to depicting the image of the University and the chosen major.

Format requirements:

Video presentation must be 3 to 5 minutes long.

Video presentation must contain photographs of KAZGUU University, University address, and logo download here

STAGE ONE – PRELIMINARY

The participants video must get maximum coverage and number of likes on KAZGUU University’s youtube channel through youtube itself and other social networks. Participants who fake likes and views will be disqualified. The videos with the highest coverage will go on to the second stage.

STAGE TWO – FINAL

The final stage of the competition will be held in the University’s main building. At this stage, the jury will select 5 best video presentations, based on the content of the video: its originality; the participant’s personal achievements; comments about the University from scholars, statesmen, public figures; and creativity of depicting the image of the University and the chosen major.
