The debate club «Orda» is a voluntary youth association at the University of KAZGUU named after M. S. Narikbayev, which develops tolerance, public speaking and leadership skills of students. Debates in our club are role-playing games that are conducted according to the international rules of debate.

THE PURPOSE OF THE DEBATE: to teach you to effectively defend your point of view, the ability to listen to others and conduct a discussion with your opponent in a calm and friendly environment. We train debaters to make arguments for and against the idea being discussed, think critically, express themselves accurately, analyze the game, and win. Our club has always been famous for its active lifestyle, in which it alternates intellectual hobbies with cultural recreation. This condition predisposes to comfortable communication and willingness to conquer new heights, and overcome difficulties. Perhaps, therefore, it is not surprising that every year the «Orda» replenishes its ranks with energetic and proactive residents.

We very much hope that in the coming years the «Orda» gallery will be replenished with a lot of memories, which will be an absolute proof of the active life of the club as a living organism.
