M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University is pleased to invite international students, staff members, guests of Nur-Sultan city to take part in intensive KAZGUU Russian and Kazakh Languages Summer School.
School offers the opportunity to learn Russian and Kazakh languages as well as immerse into Kazakh culture and environment. Participants will be offered an intensive course of Russian language combined with Kazakh Language and Culture classes, workshops and guest lectures.
Program includes sight-seeing activities: museums, theatres, cultural centers, popular sightseeing, authentic events, exhibitions; historical soviet museums, hippodrome, Borovoe, recreation zone etc.

The program fee includes: visa support, airport transfer, student dormitory, breakfast/lunch (Mon — Fri), gym, library, insurance, cultural and entertaining program.
The course is organized by KAZGUU School of Liberal Arts. The school has an extensive experience in Russian/Kazakh languages teaching. It is located in the comfortable area of Nur-Sultan. The program is open to local and international students as well as working professionals interested in learning Russian and Kazakh languages. Students must be eligible to obtain a visa to live and study in Kazakhstan.

Studying at the KAZGUU Summer Language School program students will have an opportunity to get in touch with the culture of Kazakhstan, visit historically significant places , take a city-tour around the capital and the surrounding area.
State National Natural Park «Burabay» — you will see the unique nature of Kazakhstan and have chance to get acquainted with rare species of animals and plants.
Country recreation zone «BalKaragay» is a wonderful place to enjoy an active holiday. An atmospheric evening around the campfire in a warm company, horseback riding, hiking and cycling, restaurant of national and European cuisine.
National and cultural complex «Etnoaul» consisting of 30 yurts , which form a single ethnic space. A visit to the complex will help you to get to know the culture of Kazakh nation, explore traditions of nomadic steppe, ride a horse, and observe the ancient and sacred art of hunting with eagles.
Museum and Memorial Complex ALZHIR. The Akmola Camp of Wives of Traitors to the Motherland is a tragic and at the same time valuable cultural monument of history of Soviet repressions. This is a memory of courage and injustice.
Excursion by Astana Sightseeing Tours buses — comfortable city-tour around the sights of the capital. Each bus is equipped with an audio guide in 4 languages — Kazakh, Russian, English and Chinese.
«Astana Opera» State Opera and Ballet Theater. Opened in 2013, Astana Opera is the largest theater in Central Asia, whose repertoire includes significant works by world composers. The theater was built in accordance with international standards as well as tribute to Kazakh culture.
The «Astana Ballet» Theatre opened in December 2016. The unique multi-genre repertoire of the Theater is constantly replenished with masterpieces of world and national classics, original choreographic performances.
The Palace of Peace and Concord is a symbol of the unity of different peoples, cultures and religions, designed by the prominent British architect Norman Robert Foster. In the Pyramid, as it is also called, you will be able to find unique souvenirs and handicrafts made of wood, felt and metal, and visit Opera Hall.
The National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites visitors to get acquainted with more than 175 thousand exhibits, starting from ancient times and the Middle Ages to exemplars of modern art of Kazakhstan.
The ethno-memorial complex «Map of Kazakhstan — «Atameken» presents a unique vision of the geography of Kazakhstan. This is an original open-air museum with miniatures of the most remarkable sights of Kazakhstan that allows you to travel around the whole country without living the city.
