Twenty years ago on 14 July the RK Law on Notaries was signed. This period saw the national system of notaries become one of the important institutes if Law, whose foundations lay on the principles of justice and responsibility.

This period was the time of change in the national legislature, the social life, and reform of the state legal system. But one thing that stayed firm and unshakable was the quality notarial protection of the citizens that is provided by the National Chamber of Notaries. The civil society can always count on receiving competent services thanks to the legal literacy and high qualification of the specialists if the NCN.
