She was born in 1985 in the East part of Kazakhstan.

From June 2002 and June 2008 she studied at the Russian University of Friendship of Peoples, at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Department of Theory and History of International Relations, speciality – international relations, she has the diploma with honors.

From June 2006 to June 2009 – she studied at the Russian University of Peoples’ Friendship at the Faculty of Economics, speciality – national economics.

Since 2008, she studied as the postgraduate student, at  the Chair of Theory and History of International Relations, in July 2011 she obtained the degree of candidate of historical sciences (specialization – history of foreign policy and international relations).

From September 2008 to June 2010 –  she worked as the teacher at the Russian University of Friendship of Peoples, the Chair of Theory and History of International Relations.

From 2007-2010 – she worked for Procter & Gamble (Moscow);

From 2010-2012 – she worked as the Director of the Center for International Relations of KAZGUU University (Astana);

Since July 2012 – the Director of the Institute of postgraduate education and international relationsof KAZGUU.

She knows English (fluent), Spanish (good), Arabic (basic level).
