Innovative forms of implementation of HR management

On July 1, 2016 at 15.00 in Astana at KAZGUU University will be held an advanced republican seminar devoted to the practical implementation of the labor legislation of Kazakhstan in the light of recent developments. Experienced experts and specialists in the field of HR management will come together on one platform for a professional discussion of the prospects of human potential development and to develop common approaches to solving pressing issues of domestic personnel policy.

More than 35 leading Kazakhstani companies-employers and representatives of the national authorities have confirmed their participation in the event. Among them – JSC KazContent, JSC Kazakhstan Engineering, JSC NC KazMunaiGas, the Ministry of Finance, the Department of State Revenues, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Almaty District Court of Astana, Managing company Kazmedia ortalygy, JSC KazAgroFinance, JSC Kazpost and a number of second-tier banks.

During the seminar, domestic and foreign experts and speakers in the field of HR management will hold a professional workshop on the theme: “Innovative forms of implementation of HR management”.

The invited speakers of the workshop are Sayasat Nurbek, a well-known public figure of Kazakhstan, MBA of La Sapienza University of Rome, he will speak about personnel management methodology on the example of foreign companies; Bibigul Nurasheva, author of the thesis on the protection of labor rights of workers in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the theme of her speech: “Novels of the Labour Code, the current changes in the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, and an international expert in the field of mediation and international relations, senior partner of the companies group «HILL Management Kazakhstan, HILL Management Hong Kong, South China , HILL Management Baltics» Nina Gartcheva, she will speak on the theme “Innovative tools of HR» and others.

Dear students!

We are informing about the commencement of accepting applications for participation in the academic mobility program for the fall semester 2024-2025 academic year.

Undergraduate students who have covered at least 60 ECTS credits, as well as graduate and doctoral students.

Criteria:

GPA level – 2.5, for Erasmus+ — 3.0
English language level – at least B2 level

The application and documents must be submitted through the web version of Smart KAZGUU, and electronic copies should also be provided in room #213 (on a USB flash drive).

List of required documents:

student’s application form (download);
a copy of the passport;
transcript of academic record for the current year of study (Russian and English);
a document confirming the level of proficiency in a foreign language (if available);
completed application form (download);
written consent of the applicant’s parents (guardians, legal representatives) to participate in the academic mobility program (download).
letters of recommendation in Kazakh, Russian or/and English (if available);
copies of certificates, diplomas, received for participation in the republican or international level events (if available);
copies of documents confirming the fact of belonging to the following categories: a family composition document to confirm the student’s large family status, a document verifying the student’s orphan or left without parental care status and a document confirming the student’s disability status.

Furthermore, kindly refer to the list of partner universities and available disciplines beforehand. It is essential to coordinate with your academic advisor regarding the selection of disciplines that align with your curriculum.

️As part of the project dedicated to the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the opening of the Women’s Mentorship Club took place at Maqsut Narikbayev University.

Transformation of Social and Cultural Space of Kazakhstan in the Second Half of XIX and Early XX Centuries”.

Speaker: teaching professor Lepuda Mukatayeva Karimovna.

The lector presented the materials obtained from the studies in public archives of Almaty, Astana, and Petropavlovsk.

A group of researchers from the Department of Liberal Studies is involved in this scientific project. The SLA held the offline lecture with an online broadcast.

The historians from Almaty, Astana, and Kostanay participated in the discussion.
