My name is Kaziyev Adilbek Toleubekuly, I am the 4th year student of M.Narikbayev KAZGUU University, and also the Chairman of Student Self-Governance at this university. KAZGUU students fully support the Address of the Leader of the Nation-Elbasy to the people of Kazakhstan on the need to consolidate in the face of a global epidemic.
As noted by Nursultan Abishevich, hard times have come for our country and the world as a whole, and only those who show the power of true unity can worthily stand up to it, and ultimately defeat the impending threat. As a representative of the young generation, I fully realize my responsibility for the older people and those around me, and I also think about what contribution I can make to the common goal of our state and people.
In his address, the Leader of the Nation pays great attention to the wisdom of our people, part of which is in the words of the enlightener of the Kazakh steppe Abay Kunanbayev, the great Biys and the legendary commander Bauyrzhan Momyshuly. I am sure that we must follow these teachings because they call for unity, friendship, and discipline. It is these qualities that will help our people overcome temporary difficulties with dignity.
Understanding that a person is the main value of our society, and his life, rights, and freedoms are enshrined in the country’s main law – the Constitution, I support the path aimed at developing health care in our country. Significant work is being done by the authorities, but much remains to be done. I believe that we should be steadfast and show inflexible will, especially in such difficult circumstances when a global threat posed a challenge to us.
The figures show that Kazakhstan is currently leading among countries struggling with the coronavirus pandemic, and this once again proves the effectiveness of the measures taken and the need for strict adherence to them. I understand that these measures are aimed at protecting the health of our population, and therefore I understand the temporary inconvenience and believe that the enormous work of our doctors and the resources invested by the state will be enough to “unfreeze” the country’s internal and external economic processes and become ‘open’ to the world again.
Living in the 21st century — the era of information technology, I consciously approach the information I receive and ‘sieve’ it before trusting it. Thus, I consider it true to give credence to the warning of Nursultan Abishevich and stay away from people who spread panic and strife among our people. We are conscious enough to approach every matter wisely, including information processing.
As our rich history shows, we are truly united people who coped with various hardships, and the time has come to prove it again. I believe that together we will be able to overcome any difficulties and achieve all our goals.
